Double Page Spread Outline

In this post, I will go over my plans for my Double Page Spread.

My article will be about the Everglades, its purpose, any issues facing it, and what can be done to ensure its safety. I plan to ask an environmentalist who works at Everglades or in association with Everglades questions about their affiliation with the Everglades, asking about the work they do, as well as their opinion on any concerns surrounding the Everglades. The specific questions will be:

1. What made you want to work in this field and help advocate for the Everglades?

2. What would you say are the main concerns the Everglades is facing and why?

3. What is already being done to help and what can people do to contribute to the issue?

In the case that I am not able to interview anyone there at the Everglades and the environmentalist that works with the Everglades does not respond to my email then I plan to just give general information that answers the main question I planned to ask and completes the objective of the double-page spread.

Additionally, I believe through the use of appealing pictures and an eye-catching title I will be able to reach my target audience, and due to the Everglades being a well-known tourist attraction in Florida people will be interested in reading the magazine. In my double-page spread I will be representing environmentalists and people who care about the Everglades.

Although I do not have the design for my double paged spread laid out yet I plan to use these layouts and designs for inspiration.
